Return Policy for We Them Shirt Boys LLC

At We Them Shirt Boys LLC, we want you to love your shirts. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below for details.

Eligibility for Returns

  Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The date is based on when your order was shipped.

  Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

  Eligible Items: This policy applies to all shirts and apparel purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

  Non-Eligible Items: Underwear, socks, or sale/clearance items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  Wrong size or color.

  Defective or damaged product (e.g., manufacturing errors like printing issues or stitching problems).

  Item not as described.

If your return is due to a defect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Return Process

1.  Contact Us: Email us at support@wetheshirtboys.com with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and the reason. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

2.  Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ship it back to our return address (provided in the authorization email) using a trackable method. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3.  Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 5-7 business days.

4.  Refund or Exchange: If approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees) or process an exchange. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We offer free size or color exchanges on eligible items (subject to availability). If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

For customers outside the US, the same policy applies, but you’re responsible for all return shipping, duties, and taxes. We recommend checking local regulations.
